The razor has treated me well. I got it the Christmas of '08 and have had no problems at all almost two years later now. It saves very close. I did by a new blade assembly after a year and a half as recomended and saw it return to the same level of operation that it origonally had out of the box. While the cleaning cartridges can be expensive I bought 6 twin packs online for $53 W/ whipping included and combined with the ones included with the origonal packaging I am only in need of more now 22 months after I first received the device, I have no complaints about this product and that is comming from a man who previously used dispoable razors, which by the way cost a rediculous amount anually for replacement blades, but thats another conversation.
