From the start I was very disatisfied in that it took to long to shave and I never could get a close shave comparable to othe Norelco shavers. After about six months I ordered another shaving head (very costly by the way) and I found that it didn't provide any unprovement in close shave performance. This was the most expensive Shaver I have ever purchased and turned out to be one poor performer. I got so irritated with its performance that I bought a 12 pack Bic shaver package for $2.49 and I get 4 shaves per shaver. I have read the many positive reviews on the Norelco Arcitec Electric Shaver but I find it indeed hard to accept so many people satisfied with it's performance. I be inflicted including had loads of Norelco Electric shavers over the years and chose to try out the premium Norelco Arcitec Model.
